Enquiry Health Check
Not getting enough enquiries? Before paying for more traffic, it is worth checking whether potential customers are already slipping away. We look at how your business builds trust and handles enquiries, then identify the first problem worth fixing.
A free, Richard-reviewed first look — not a large automated audit or a sales pitch for every service.
The phone may be quiet for more than one reason.
Perhaps too few suitable people are finding the business. But potential customers may also be finding you and deciding not to enquire because they do not feel confident, cannot get useful answers or find the next step too difficult.
Trust
Sparse or outdated reviews, an incomplete Google profile or weak customer proof may cause potential customers to hesitate before making contact.
Response
Visitors may be unable to get useful answers quickly, especially outside business hours, or your current enquiry process may not collect the details you need.
Visibility
Too few suitable people may be reaching the business in the first place. If visibility appears to be the main issue, we will say so rather than recommend the wrong Rankwell Digital service.
What does the Health Check cover?
Richard will review the publicly available parts of your customer journey and the information you provide in the form. The aim is to find the first issue that deserves attention, not to create a long list of everything that could possibly be changed.
How enquiries are handled
We look at how visitors contact you, whether common questions are answered, what happens outside business hours and whether enquiries arrive with enough useful information.
How the business builds trust
We look at the recency and consistency of your reviews, how feedback is handled and whether your visible online presence gives potential customers enough confidence to make contact.
Whether visibility appears to be the real issue
We take a practical first look at whether suitable customers appear able to find the business. This is not a full SEO audit, but it helps prevent us from recommending a trust or response solution when more visibility is what you actually need.
Obvious Google Business Profile gaps may also be noted, but GBP optimisation is not presented as a third core service or a separate package during the Health Check.
A useful answer on where to start.
After reviewing the business, Richard will provide a short personal recommendation covering:
The most important initial issue identified
Why it may be affecting enquiries
One practical improvement to prioritise
The most sensible next step
The recommendation may be a Website Assistant, Review Management, a smaller one-time correction, a separate visibility conversation or no paid work at all.
The aim is not to sell you every service. It is to identify the first problem worth fixing and whether Rankwell Digital is genuinely suited to fixing it.
A focused first step, not a full audit.
